Refund Policy

14 days, no awkward questions. If an add-on is not for you, email hello@touchgrass.sh within 14 days of buying with your order email or order number, and we will refund you in full.
How it works
sudoandrootadd-ons: full refund within 14 days of purchase. Your access to the private repository and your licence key are removed when the refund goes through.rootdone-for-you setup: if the setup has already been done, the refund covers the add-on but not the setup work, unless the setup did not work and we could not fix it.- After 14 days: we do not normally refund, but if something is broken and we cannot fix it, email us and we will sort it out fairly.
Who pays you back
Purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, and refunds go back to your original payment method through them. It usually takes 5 to 10 working days to show up, depending on your bank.
Your legal rights
Because add-ons are digital content delivered straight after purchase, the statutory 14-day cancellation right may not apply once you have access. This policy gives you a 14-day refund anyway. It does not affect your statutory rights if the add-on is faulty or not as described.
The open-source core is free under the MIT licence, so there is nothing to refund there.
