Before
I was putting weight on fast. I was lazy, grouchy and sleeping badly. And I was pouring all my focus into the wrong things: once I'm into a project the rest of the world disappears. Food, water, sleep, standing up.
I've never been diagnosed with ADHD, but it fits, so I did a lot of reading about it. One idea stuck: people like me need something to fixate on. Fighting that never worked for me. Pointing it somewhere useful might.

What changed
So I built a bot and fixated on that instead. It looks after the hard stuff: when to drink, when the eating window opens and closes, getting me off the chair while my AI agent works, counting everything.
That turned out to be a game I actually want to win. Every day I want the ticks.

Now
I'm feeling better. I'm sleeping better, I'm less grouchy, and I'm properly hydrated for the first time in years. The numbers below are the whole story, the good days and the bad ones.
